I call the internist and request a call again. Cleo won't eat this morning, so I also call my regular vet to make an appointment. I talk with the internist, who says that I should see my regular vet. I'm surprised; it's never been hard to get an appointment before. I'm really worried now; something seems really wrong. My regular vet wants me to drop off Cleo, which I hate doing but since that's the only alternative, I do it. They give her fluids, a shot of Dexamethasone, a B-12 shot, and a shot of Centrine. She comes home a changed cat, meowing for food and eating like normal. |
